Bitney Prep’s Charter Council is the governing body of our high school. The Charter Council consists of Parent and Community members. The Council meets at 6:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month.
The meetings are open to the public, and the agenda is posted on campus at least 72 hours before each regular meeting. Meetings take place at the school site, 135 Joerschke Drive in Grass Valley. Minutes from past Charter Council meetings are available at the school office.
Members of the public are invited to address the Council at the beginning of each meeting regarding issues or concerns for future agendas or to speak to a subject not on the agenda. The Council cannot discuss or take action on non-agendized items, but such items may be agendized for discussion and/or action at a later Council meeting. Comments to be limited to 3 minutes.
