I started volunteering in schools while in college and have worked in schools for the better part of the last three decades. I’ve been at Bitney Prep since 2013 and what I love most about this school is our small, close-knit community. We know the students and the students know us. Everyone’s voice can be heard here. If a student wants a specific club or wants to go on a certain field trip, they can just tell us and we can facilitate. My colleagues and the Bitney families keep me inspired. The Big Picture Learning Model is a wonderful way to prepare these young people for college & career readiness after high school. It is my pleasure and an honor to serve this community in my role as Business Manager, and my door is always open.
