Aika from the Bitney Prep Class of 2026 is interning at the Nevada City Police Department working alongside her mentors, Officer Nick Kendrick (left) and Officer Kevin Stofleth (right)
Aika goes out on foot patrol with them and has helped with Victorian Christmas among other activities. She is learning the penal code and the police alphabet as well.
This is a fantastic opportunity for Aika, as she hopes to pursue a career in law enforcement.
