What are you doing this Wednesday?
Sierra and I have been exploring various artists and mediums, cleaning the studio together and watching art documentaries relevant to Sierra’s artistic aspirations. Soon we will begin gallery event planning for the winter season.
How has having an intern benefitted you and your business?
Having an extra person on hand at the gallery during the busy holidays is wonderful. Working with an intern definitely forces me to be more organized!
What do you hope your intern will gain from their experience?
I hope Sierra will gain a clearer sense of career direction, discover new artists and mediums, and begin to develop her own signature art style.
What would you like the community to know about your business?
Ellu Gallery is a 2,200 sq/ft artist owned collaborative gallery and event space. We provide custom staging, commercial art lease programs and we rent the gallery space for truly unique events and custom shows—both private and public events are available.
Hand selected artists versed in large scale one of a kind paintings and sculptures are featured at Ellu. The gallery breaks the old paradigm into a timeless lucid dream with an ever-expanding collection from Zen Surrealism, Abstract, Expressionism, Blown Glass, Wood Sculpture, to hand made guitars. Art, music and social events combine to create unique, unforgettable moments.
