Trent Felty, Bitney Prep Class of 2023, is interning at Solstice, a thrift and costume shop in Nevada City. Solstice is a clothing and costume shop for all genders that offers new and resale items that are both unique and of good quality. They have funky fresh furniture and home decor items as well!
Solstice prides itself on creating a fun and uplifting environment. They do so by encouraging everyone to express themselves freely.
For his internship, Trent gets to buy products, organize displays, and use his own creativity in the process. He’s learning how to work and run a business effectively. As Trent says, “It’s exciting to learn how to run a business!”
